All Abode
All Abode, is a case study ideathon or hackathon, which is one of the major events organised by cosmology club of DTU. Its main objective is to bring all space enthusiasts and researchers attention to the issues that today's space exploration experts are dealing with and to present their ideas and solutions in the form of a presentation that reflects their extensive research into the issues at hand and the solutions that might be employed. Theme of ALL ABODE 2022: Space exploration Team size: 4-5

With the help of blogs on topics like gravitational astronomy, space debris, and spacetime concepts of astrophysics, this event will provide students an opportunity to investigate the mysteries of the cosmos and convey their learning via their writing talent. A blog article on one of the themes of their own accord, authored by the student, and must not be longer than 2000 words. Cósmica ( pronounced: cos-me-ca) is Spanish for the word for Cosmos. Subsequently, this is the theme of our contest- Cosmos, Superclusters , Radiophysics, Gravitational lensing, Space Weather, Space Debris, Auroras, Astrobiology, Dark matter.

This is an online astrophotography contest for all the stargazers out there. The contest will run from 3rd to 10th September 2022. The competition will be divided into 2 categories, namely the SmartPhone category and the Camera (DSLR/Mirrorless/etc) Category. The same rules and scoring system are valid for both the categories. Participants have to submit only one entry (One of the best pictures that they have clicked). The picture to be submitted must be shot after 0000 hrs IST, 1st JULY, 2022. Participants will be required to upload their submissions within the form link provided below. The photographs will be judged on both the technical aspects and their popularity on social media.

The main driving force of a treasure hunt being the mystery that surrounds it, it is that doubt swirling within our thoughts whether we are going in the right direction or not, to attain our ultimate treasure which makes our hearts race and adrenaline pumping and hence we bring to you an event which would help you experience all of these things and learn something more about the universe that we live in. And the fact that goodies await for those to reach the ultimate treasure acts as an additional motivation which cannot be ignored.

The Demystification
An intriguing Physics and Astronomy quiz where participants will be asked several interesting questions based on astronomy and related disciplines. The quiz will have two rounds and will comprise several objective and short answer type questions. The latter round will comprise will be a visual round. This is a unique event wherein the participants will be shown depictions of a scientific phenomenon or a location in the universe through the means of a video. Participants will be expected to interpret, analyze and describe the happenings in the video. Finally, each participant will interact by presenting their interpretations and observations. The most relevant and precise team wins.

The Quintessential Interaction
The Quintessential Interaction will be held on 13th September 2022 at 12:15 PM . This is a unique event wherein the participants will be shown depictions of a scientific phenomenon or a location in the universe through the means of a video. This interaction session will test the limits of your extempore skills. You will be able to recognize your true potential in quick thinking and analytics. Participants will be expected to interpret, analyse and describe the happenings in the video. Observation is the most momentous aspect of this round. So, make sure to keep your sight intact and follow the video meticulously. Finally, each the participants will interact by presenting their interpretations and observations. The most relevant and precise team wins. All participants must be seated 15 minutes before the start of the discussion.
